Special Character (")

Hello Easylink Team,

We use JobSubmit API to submit Fax Job Request. In this API we construct a CSV file with required Data

We have noticed if we include special Character Quote in CSV data, the FAx Job errors out

Quote: (")

Error: 2000-Error encountered processing Table:Text table conversion error : java.io.IOException: Invalid byte sequence : detected an illegal character following a double quote : field #28, position = 361, invalid byte = 0x3F

If you need to include double quotes within your CSV values, you will need to enclose the entire field in double quotes, and then use two double quotes inside the value.  For example:

"aaa", "bb""bb", "ccc"

The second field would then be treated by the system as bb"bb
