configuration settings for wcf service client

Hi, We have wcf client calling Easylink web services and sometimes we get this error message

An error occurred while making the HTTP request to https://messaging.easylink.com/soap/sync. This could be due to the fact that the server certificate is not configured properly with HTTP.SYS in the HTTPS case. This could also be caused by a mismatch of the security binding between the client and the server.

I suspect the wcf configuration settings for the basicHttpBinding endpoint is not right. Could you let me know the right settings?

The binding you provided appears to be correct. The initial description of this issue seems to indicate that the problem is intermittent. Is that true? If so, how often does this occur? When was the last occurrence? Is there more than one client instance that is experiencing this issue? Are there any discernable patterns to the failures? Are the requests being proxied (the binding would indicate that a proxy would be used if configured)?

If so, how often does this occur?: may be once a week or once in two weeks

When was the last occurrence? 21-Dec-2012

Is there more than one client instance that is experiencing this issue? yes

Are there any discernable patterns to the failures? Are the requests being proxied (the binding would indicate that a proxy would be used if configured)? no patterns. all requests go through proxies.
