SSL does not work

We are facing issue when positng a request on the followin server:

https://test2messaging.easylink.com/soap/sync

I am getting the following error:

[Security:090477]Certificate chain received from surf-proxy.intranet.db.com - 10.234.40.83 --> test2messaging.easylink.com was not trusted causing SSL handshake failure.

The same works fine when we post the requst on:

http://test2messaging.easylink.com/soap/sync

I have imported the following certificates

entrustL1C.cer

entrustRoot.cer

test2messaging.cer

Please confirm if anythign is missing

The error message looks like the proxy server is the one having the issue with the certs, not your system. I would look there.

Nothing to update. This is an issue on your side. You need to see why the proxy is blocking the connection and throwing the error.

I know the problem is at my side. But the error is due to mismatch os root certificate. The root certificate has been imported in keystorke of my eblogic server. please let me know if the correct root certificate has been imported.

The certificate which i have imported is entrustRoot.cer
