Can you give me the code to use, to retrieve the list of all jobs (sent or received) for all users for all groups; when I authenticates with an administrator account.

In addition to specifying the TraversalDepth in yiour <GroupFilter> element, you also need to specify the group number of the group that you want to start with.
If you don't have that information, we can provide it to you, or you can use the UserInfo request to query for the group number of which you are the administrator.
