Submitted a fax document with 2 pages but the fax came through as 4 pages

We submitted a fax document with 2 pages (i.e. using DocEncodingFormat.base64) but the fax came through as 4 pages. Can you please let us know if there is a way to keep the same number of pages?

Your document has custom margins which are too wide to be properly printed to TIFF by our software.

In particular, I think the 0" margin at the top may be what is causing the problem.

Can you try adjusting the top margin to .25" and see if that keeps the page count as you expect? I realize that may cause some layout changes, but I don't believe our system can handle a 0 margin.
