Incomplete Fax

Can someone please help me? I'm trying to send pdf document. I'm able to send the request fine. But the person I tried to fax has his fax machine set to forward faxes to his email address. So he received an email saying fax was incomplete but the result came back with status code '0'. I'm including the code and result xml. I would truly appreciate quick response here is the email message that he received

You have received a 0 page fax at 2013-05-30 14:51:06 GMT

Your fax may be incomplete because one or more of the following has occurred:

1. Fax transmission was interrupted.

2. "End fax" signal not received.

3. Unable to convert to desired file format.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Can you please let me know where exactly the issue is?

If you were trying to send a PDF, this request does not indicate that - the only content that I see is a short plain-text document ("This is a text document").

Because of the way your cover sheet is set up, the plain text message body that was included in the request would have been included on the cover, so the entire fax would have been one page (just a cover sheet).

From what I can see on this end, our system thinks it successfully sent the fax. Not sure how your recipient has their fax system set up - are they using our fax2mail service, or their own fax to email system?
