WebServices API for SMS and EMAIL

I'm an OpenText employee working on a services engagement that includes integration for StreamServe V5.5 with EasyLink for SMS, FAX and
Email.

I have a copy of V5.5 WebServices
API FaxManagement Send/Query
Fax. How can I get a copy of the web services for SMS and Email?

That sounds like the old EasyLink API, not what you should be using. The JobSubmit for this, the current API handles all types of messages. The manual for this API can be found in the top right corner of any page. You can find C# and VB samples bt searching "C# Sample" or "VB Sample".
