I am trying to create a user in the test2 environment. But i am getting the below error.
Permission denied User Create operation-regular user create
requires:[acl permission]
However, i am able to create the user in the UI screen using the same
user. Can you please help me to correct, if i am passing anything wrong.
I have attached the request xml. I changed the password in the attached
xml.
