Does gamma code 6500 mean we blocked a number?

I am looking at the list of gamma codes. The description for gamma code 6500 is "Recipient is blocked." Does this mean we blocked the recipient's fax number, or the recipient blocked our fax number? If we blocked the recipient, I assume they would be on a Do-Not-Fax list that EasyLink maintains?

As you surmised, this means that the recipient's number is on a Do Not Fax list that EasyLink maintains, and therefore the system did not attempt to deliver the fax to that recipient.

Blocks in the EasyLink system can be systemwide (meaning no sender will be able to deliver to those addresses), or they can be associated with a particular sender.
