Issue with Create Coversheet with word 2010 & old styleSAMPCOVER1not found

Hi,

I already had implemented coversheet before which is working in prod for last 4 years, now I need to implement the same for another project. I am referring the following post ( URL given below ) and used the same sample given here and facing couple of issues

1. In 2010 I used office 2002 and created the coversheets but now I have MS office 2010. The MMCoverSheetCreate & MMCoverSheetView are working fine but the values are getting populated. When I tried the template given in the above post its working fine. Could you please let me know what I am doing wrong here. Please find the attached default.doc template.

2. I am getting "old styleSAMPCOVERnot found" error but MMCoverSheetView is able to find it.

3. Is there any change between http://ws.easylink.com/JobSubmit/2011/01 & http://ws.easylink.com/JobSubmit/2007/02 schema ? Since I am getting some errors while using  schema.http://ws.easylink.com/JobSubmit/2011/01

Abhisek,

The fax platforms supports a few different types of cover pages (old stlye, new stlye and Mail Merge).

I believe your new user-id needs to have the profile element named "cover_type" set to "MM" fo Mail Merge.

I have just changed this profile setting for your new user-id.  Please test again.
