When would QueuedDocumentRetrieve return > 1 doc?

This is an excerpt from the QueuedDocumentRetrieve result
documentation on the JobDocumentData element:

 

 "This element contains information about the document being
 delivered and its origin. In most cases, there will not be more
 than one of these."

 

Question: What is the case(s) where there WOULD be more than 1?

There would be more than one document in the QueuedDocumentRetrieve result if the job as processed by the system had multiple documents.  This often happens with inbound fax jobs that have a file containing information about the fax and a separate file containing the fax itself.

You should never receive documents from multiple different transactions (Job ID's) - just multiple documents from a single job.
