CSharp authentification

I have dowload the file CSharp_Authentificate.rar and when i execute the sln file what link i must use ? :

i use this link : https://apiforums.easylink.com/emapidocs/wsdl/XOA.wsdl

and use my login and my password.

and i have the error : " NullreferenceException was unhandled".

Can you help me ?
