Pages distorted with 96dpi

When sending faxes using TIF files at 96 DPI, the pages are being distorted; the fax image is only half as wide as required but correct length (letter size.) The same images render correctly on all image programs we use and they also print correctly.

Things work fine with 200dpi documents.

Are there limitations as to what TIFF files/resolutions are supported by the service? Ideally we would like to send CCITT 4 compressed multi-page images where each page might have a different resolution.

Fax resolution are approximately 100x200 in standard mode, and 200x200 in fine mode.

If you use other resolutions, they may end up distorted, as you saw.

We do have some system settings that might help rescale your TIFF images a bit more nicely. If you can provide the user ID or email address you are testing with, we can make some internal profile changes to see if that helps.
