F2M Automated inbound faxing using java

Hi,

I need to create a java web services for inbound faxes to be pushed to. Could you Please provide java sample example for F2M process or give some idea how to develope F2M web services Api.

can I use Axix2 wsdl2java tool for this process.?

We don't have a Java sample for this process, but WSDL2Java should work.

You should take the WSDL for the Asynchronous JobDocumentTransmit result (see this link: https://apiforums.easylink.com/emapidocs/wsdl/JobDocumentTransmit200810results.wsdl) and import it into your web services environment.

Then your application will receive the inbound faxes that push to your URL with XML that is consistent with that schema.

Thank you so much for your response. but I am new to easy link I just wanted to know how to test connectivity and uat test (means my system enviornment is supported to easy link.)

I'm not sure what you're asking.

If you're using a web services receiver, then you can't really test connectivity until you have implemented something to receive the faxes. If you want to just see if EasyLink can reach your system, you can configure your faxes to be pushed to an address on your system, and you could watch logs to see if the requests come in.

If that doesn't work, please clarify your question, or contact your Sales Engineer for some additional support.

The only way you can get that attribute is if you have an application on our system that does OCR recognition on your inbound faxes to detect a barcode. When that application is set up, the system can then provide you with the bar code as part of the XML that you receive.

If you would like to have an application like this created, please contact your sales account manager to work out the details.
