How to unblock Fax2Mail blocked ANI?

I am trying to unblock blocked F2M inbound ANI numbers with API2.6 “AddressBlockDelete” however I am getting
authentication error.  

According to the API 2.6
manual, special permission is required to perform this API, see below.

“Special permission must be arranged with
EasyLink in advance in order to use this function.”

What should I do?  I contacted EasyLink person however I was directed to ask this question to API forum.

The short answer is that you can't do that function via the API.

To unblock the ANI, you'll need to use the Fax2Mail web site.
