Fax submission job not working

Hi,

Can you please verify whether my request is fine on Fax submission job id 2874305 submitted to test2.
I am trying to send a pdf document encoded in base64 format to a fax number with delivery report configured to an email address.
Even though I received a success response, I have not received either the fax nor the delivery report.

The document could not be converted to fax format because it is password protected, and therefore the system could not open it.

Please remove the password protection before submitting the document.

Its not a password protected pdf rather encoded in base64 format.

I have used Apache commons for encoding (org.apache.commons.codec.binary.Base64).

Here's what I see when I try to open the document using Adobe Reader:

That tells me it is password protected...

Hi

I have submitted another Fax submission job (id 2874305) and with CharacterSet value as UTF-8 and I got the success response again, this time with delivery report in email as well. But fax is not received till now. I check the JobDeliveryStatus with MRN value 2822328 and its says job status as both completed and posted. Can you check any issue with the submission request.
