Fax Job Submitted and failed 140 minutes later

Job #2945317 was submitted at 11:21.  The first attempt to send the fax was not until 13:49 which then failed at 13:50.  Note that the target fax machine was not busy during this time period.

What was the cause of the delay between submission and the first attempt to send?

There were some delays in the test system yesterday due to a large volume of jobs that were submitted by another customer.  Your traffic was caught behind that other user's jobs.

As for the error, I can't say exactly what the problem was.  The error indicates a fax transmission failure after the connection was established, but that's about all the information we have.
