Gammacode 3015 and 3017

We have been running a volume of facsimiles through the OpenText messaging API from June 30th through yesterday August 12. During that time we have had roughly 6,400 failed facsimile attempts. All the gammacodes received for these failures are included in the documentation with the exception of the following two codes:

3015 (1 occurance)

3017 (84 occurances)

Can you provide a description of the error condition indicated by these error codes?

These codes are actually a bit of a mystery to us as well - based on our investigation, they should not be logged.

Can you provide some example JobId's that got these codes so we can investigate further?

We've looked at those jobs on our system, and we don't see the gamma codes you've mentioned.

How did you get the status information? Was it on a report, or did you receive it via JobDeliveryStatus? If you can provide the XML or report that you received, that would be great.

My sincere apologies! Those were two pseudo error-codes added by our software and did not come from your platform. We will change our software to make our "internal errors" more obvious. Again, sorry for wasting your time.

(FYI we are using the JobDeliveryStatus call).
