Submit the document with 2 pages but i have received 4 pages in which first 2 pages are empty

We have submitted documents with 2 pages but we have received 4 pages in which

first 2 pages are totally blank (broken) and next 2 pages are properly.JobDeliveryStatus giving 2 page count.

So why we are having 2 blank pages ? we are facing this issue very often.

my jobid is 10024926.

Please let us know what was the issue.

Our data shows the same as what you received in the JDSR. We created two single page docs and sent that. Where was the fax received? Does the issue only show when you send to the receiver or to different receivers? It may be a paper size problem on the receiver.
