Poll for Inbound Push Errors

I recently suggested to a new API user that they consider using JobList to reconcile inbound fax traffic received via SFTP Push, then using JobDocumentTransmit when needed to retrieve any occasional faxes which might have failed to reach their SFTP server due to brief outages or access issues on the receiving end.  User asked if there was a way they could simply poll the system only for failed push jobs. I don't believe this is in fact possible, but wanted to pose the question in case there was an option I was not aware of to meet this need.  Thank you,

The JobList call does not support querying for failures.

However, the ItemLevelQuery call does allow for that, so they could use ItemLevelQuery to ask for failed deliveries. The only thing with ItemLevelQuery is that the time windows should be kept as small as possible to avoid causing performance issues in the system.
