SMS Sended to France Number but not received

Hi,

I'm currently running tests about sending SMS (with http://test2messaging.easylink.com/soap/sync) and I've got the following reports :

Job Number: 01543501

Posting Status: DONE

POST - SMS message has been successfully sent onto the aggregator.

I've tried to send the sms with or without the +33 france prefix :

--> +336xxxxxxxx (jobid =1511163)

--> or 06xxxxxxxx (jobid = 1543501)

And both got the same status : Delivered. But I never actually received them on my phone.

Should I do something more ?

Your input looks to be properly specified to me.

The issue here is that your account is currently configured to route SMS traffic to an aggregator that does not support international delivery. I've updated the configuration on your account so it will use a different aggregator. Please wait at least 15 minutes and then try submitting a new job.

Since this morning I don't receive SMS anymore on the testing platform. It has the same behavior than when the aggregator wasn't supporting international delivery (markes as delivered on the portal but no actual sms received) !

Has anything changed ? Can you verify that the aggregator is still correcly configured ?

I did check the settings and they look right to me.

Please contact customer care and have them open a ticket to have this investigated.
