Fax is not going successful

I'm trying to send fax but I'm getting fax job status as "Error".

Can you please tell me the reason why I'm getting this error? Why fax is not going?

I also tried to send fax by below format but did not get success.
    1. Simple fax number (8777683591).
            - Job Id: 10120058
            - Gamma Code: 1901 (Invalid or incorrect formatted number).
    2. Appending country code (18777683591).
            - Job id: 10120086
            - Gamma Code: 1901 (Invalid or incorrect formatted number).
    3. Formatted number (1-877-768-3591)
            - Job id: 10120139
            - Gamma Code: 3933 (No rings detected. Call did not get through.)

Please guide me if I'm doing anything wrong. Please find attached response which I'm getting.

There is nothing wrong wwith the number. There appears to be a problem with the test system. Pleas contact Customer Care and have them open a ticket for this. The API and your code is working fine.
