Is there a standard method to select different opt-out labels for email footers depending on content language?
We don't have a feature like that in the system.
You could consider using our insert capabilities to include placeholders within your message content, and then provide the appropriate opt out language as part of your recipient list.
Another approach is to arrange for multiple user accounts to be created, one for each language, and then to partition your traffic across those accounts when submitting your jobs.
I see. We already use individual accounts for each of our customers, so introducing additional ones for additional languages would be a bit of a chore.
As the content - and thus the language - would be the same across an entire distribution job, we do not need to use a placeholder for the opt-out label. What we do need then is for the default label not to be shown. Can that be achieved?
It's possible to keep the default label from showing up, but depending on how your accounts are set up, you may need to get approvals from the postmaster teams to ensure that you are including appropriate opt-out language in your messages.
I would suggest running this by your sales engineer and/or your sales team to start the discussions on how to make this happen.
