We are using easylink faxing api for java to send faxes and to the get the status of the sent faxes . We are able to send and received faxes status successfully till last week . But of all sudden we have started getting the below exception when we try to send / receive the fax status which affects our ability to send faxes .. No environment changes from our end . If anyone resolved this issue please advise the steps to fix this
