Unable to submit fax request using JobSubmitService

Getting below exception when i try to submit a job request for FAX using JobSubmitService.

URL Used: https://test2messaging.easylink.com/soap/sync

Exception:

Client found response content type of 'text/html', but expected 'text/xml'.

The request failed with the error message:

--Visit us at <a href="http://www.easylink.com">www.easylink.com</a>.

Please help!!!

Is the exception coming from a Try/Catch? What are you developing in? Are you able to provide the XML for your request? Copy your code to a text file and attach?
