This is regarding the AddressBlockAdd message in the 2.6 API.
What do the BlockLevel values user and customer mean? I could not find this in the API documents.
If I send an AddressBlockAdd with the BlockLevel set to customer do I need to send another AddressBlockAdd message with the BlockLevel set to user in order to add a block for the email address at the user level? Or will BlockLevel=customer add a block for the email at the user level too?
