JobSubmit - fax documents showing different page sizes

I'm having an issue when calling the JobSubmit function. I'm submitting multiple documents but when I receive the fax (it comes as a pdf) it is cutting off one of the documents on the right side and looks like it is displaying as legal size paper instead of standard 8.5 x 11 which is the resolution of the file. I'm thinking it has to do with the resolution and DPI of the TIFF files I'm sending. Here are the details of the TIFF that is being cutoff and set to legal size:

Dimensions: 2550x3300

Resolution: 300dpi

Bit depth: 1

Compression: CCITT T.4

Resolution Unit: 2

And here are the details of the document that is rendered fine:

Dimensions: 1700x2200

Resolution: 200dpi

Bit depth: 1

Compression: CCITT T.6

Resolution Unit: 2

Is there a way to specify to the JobSubmit call that I'm sending a specific DPI amount? Or does the JobSubmit function just not work well with certain DPI's?

This really is not an API issue. Your second doc above is the normal size for a Tiff. How are you receiving it as a pdf? Do yoy have a fax machine you could try to send it to? It would not be converted to a pdf then.

So there is no way to specify to the api what DPI our document is? Does the JobSubmit function convert all documents into a PDF and then send it or are you saying that the electronic fax machine is (wrongly) converting it to a PDF upon arrival?

1) There is no way for that to be set in the API, it does not care.

2)The documents are sent as tiff, just like all fax's are. You cannot send a PDF as a Fax. It is being converted from tiff to PDF after you receive.
