How do i know fax status?

I was sent a fax by Java. and check it on portal and see:

Total: 1

Errors: 1

Processing: 0

Sent: 0

Cancelled/Invalid 0

Blocked: 0

It's failed, right?

But i don't know the reason. So i using JobDelivery to check then i got jobState is complete and posted.

What's that means? How do i know why that fax fail?
