We've tried a few different things but can't get any documents to come back when we call the "QueuedDocumentRetrieve" method. We sent a few faxes to our assigned number but when we try to retrieve them we don't get any data. Just to be safe, we tried connecting to both the test and live domains (http://test2messaging.easylink.com/soap/sync and https://messaging.easylink.com/soap/sync) to check for documents but nothing came back on either of them. To be specific, there is nothing in the result for "JobDocumentData". We're receiving "0" as the status code and "OK" as the status message, so it's connecting properly it just isn't returning anything. Any idea why it's not returning the fax documents?
