Error in sending fax

1) While sending fax using JobSubmit API we are getting the below error
XOA-2000[system error]: jm_create() failed, error 501

The same XML SOAP request when hit from SOAP UI or tried after sometime from or application is working fine. Sometimes we are getting this error with easylink.

2) And some faxes are not sent due to the following error:
The address type in your list does not support the features specified in your job. Please submit a job that matches the address type in your list.

These are few job IDs that has this problem- 100625310, 100637665, 100581059, 1700076367, 100581055, 100581047

In the ones that failed you are including a document/attachment as "unspec" DocType. This is not allowed for a "fax" job as we cannot convert it.

For number 1, the 501 is a system unavailable error. We had an issue on test2 that has been corrected. Test2 is not monitered like our Production system. You will not see this on Production.
