I send today (in live) 4 fax and never got the delivery report, is there any way to check why?

No there is nothing in the Junk mail - this email address do not filtering Junk!

Our information shows the reports where accepted for delivery. I do not want to put the specifics on the forum. Are you working with Sales or a PreSales Engineer that would be able to connect us directly? If not, you may want to contact Customer Care and have them set you up with them.

This is fundamental to our application, without it we can't use EasyLink.
The API forum does not handle tickets. You should go to Customer Care, Your Sales Person, or PreSales Engineer.
