Error in sending TIFF file with JPEG compression as attachment

We are getting an error from EasyLink when we send attachments with TIFF file as JPEG compression.

What is the error you are getting? Are you getting a job number or is the error in the Response. What does "attachments with TIFF file as JPEG compression" mean? Are you sending a tiff body and then JPEG attachments?

Yes, we are getting a job number and the error says "the document submitted for deliver cannot be translated. Please verify that the document is in a valid format, is not corrupt, password protected, macro enabled or saved with an incorrect file extension" and also list of file formats which are accepted.

TIFF images created using JPEG compression.

For sample I have a job number 100597743 which have been cancelled due to this error.

This is not an API issue. You document is not a supported document. You need to review this with your Sales Person or PreSales Engineer to see what is wrong with the document.
