I am trying to submit a fax using url http://test2messaging.easylink.com/soap/sync and getting an exception on the JobSubmit "The request failed with an empty response". This process was working before we requested a change to our account name. the new account name is HGBOnbaseTest@humana.com. Can you help me determine what is wrong with this account setup?
The new account name does not appear to be valid. You need to discuss with your Sales Person or PreSales Engineer. This is not related to the API.
