When sending an HTML document and requesting OPEN tracking, if the recipient does not have "download images" enabled, is there a way to capture an OPEN event?
For example, the recipient has opened and read the HTML but not allowed the download of any images - these do not appear to be captured as an OPEN event.
Is there a command, code, or alternative solution so that these events can also be captured as an OPEN actvity?
