Job Submit WSDL

Is there currently an issue with http://premconn.premiereconnect.com/JobSubmit/2009/07?WSDL? This error is currently affectibg our production environment.

I'm unable to refresh the proxy and currently receiving the error below:

Thoughts?

That is an old WSDL URL. What URL are you submitting the request to?

I wonder if it was a temporary hiccup, because I can refersh the proxy now.....

Unfortunately I'm still receiving connection issues:

That is the correct URL for Production. Wjat did you get in your response?

Try clicking on the URL. It should open to a page that says "EasyLink Messaging API". If not, something is blocking your connection.
