Fax job being cancelled

Hello ,

I am attempting to use the API and i got so far i is submitted but when i go to the F2M portal i see my fax as being cancelled.

What am i missing for a succesfull submit? I attached a PDF doc that seems to look correctly serialized in the request xml.

I add my code, some request and result xml and an error i got in my email (requested by myelf) that show the xml envelope.

Any help would be appreciated.

in your Request the Document Filename only has "Doc1". It needs the extension too. Change it to "Doc1.pdf" or "Doc1.PDF".

Hello i changed both to Doc1.PDF and tried also Doc1.pdf but still the job is shown as cancelled in the portal

below part of the code i where i changed both 2 references to doc1 and attached result and submit xml.

Change the ref to just Doc1 in Document and Content. Only the file name needs the extension.

If that does not work there may be an issue with your Profile. If you have a Sales Person or PreSales Engineer, they can help with that. If not, Customer Care would be able to help.

The API is doing its part and you are getting the MRN back.

I am now able to send fax including attachment and variable CREF and BC.
