I am trying to upload custom fax template to easy link portal and would like to create a custom list ex: (First Name, Last Name, Fax Number). The lost will have multiple user data with different names and fax numbers. Could you please help me with the below questions?
1.) How do i create a list with custom columns. I see that by default t he list has 6 columns (REF,ADDR,TYPE,ALTTYPE,ALTADDR,INS1). How do i add other custom columns?
2.) Can i pass the data from list to custom template?
3.) Is there any better approach? I would like to send multiple faxes using the same temaplate & pass custom data to template to send different faxes depending on the custom list details.
