Duplicate request for RESEND

Hi,

I am trying to resend a document with domain  test2 and job number 11110802 (job 11110802 was sent on 7/26 with jobState: "Posted" and state "Sent"). 

When sending the ResendRequest (using SOAPUI) to https://test2messaging.easylink.com/soap/sync, it gives me back job # 11114149, but when I checked status of this job, it showed "job not found"

Then I try to resend job 11110802 one more time (using ResendRequest), it showed error "Duplicate Request"...

Can you explain why it showed "Duplicate Request"? I thought if a job is completed, you can resend it many times...

Okay, so just test 3 use cases in test environment (https://test2messaging.easylink.com/soap/sync)

1. I submit a job (scheduled) using JobSubmit -> Cancel that job -> Resend that job

Result: Success! (I can resend a canceled job)

2. I submit a job, and wait for it to be sent -> Resend that job

Result: nothing. I still got new Job ID, but when I check status of the job, it said "Job not found: No info available"

3. I try to resend a job that is already resended

Result: error: Duplicate request.

 So this leads to some questions:

a. Under what circumstances can I resend a job? Is the job has to be in state "cancelled" or "error", but not "sent"?

b. Is there a function to resend an original job multiple times? I need this since customers might ask for several copies of the job.
