MyPortal Advanced Search cannot search API jobs by Fax number

One of Japanese M2F API users cannot use "advanced search" to find their API job ID on MyPortal. 

Please see the attached images. 

I have 2 test jobIDs, 42315602 is M2F(email input) jobID, and 42381652 is Jobsubmit (API input) JobID.  (MyPortal01.jpg)

So, I tried the advanced search by Fax number, 32169512 (both jobIDs are sent to this same Fax number), but I just find 42315602 (email input one) only. 

I tried this test on NewMyPortal, and confirmed the result is as same as the old one. 

Is this behavior in the specifications? or I found the problem in old and New MyPortal?

This is not an API issue, it is a MyPortal issue. You should report this to Customer Care.
