Sending multiple faxes to same Address gives DUP status

Hi,

I am trying to send multiple faxes to just one fax address in a single Job. Though the faxes are going to the same address and using the same cover page but the data passed to the coverpage will differ(Dynamically passed data using csv). Could someone please help me to resolve this issue? I would like to send multiple faxes even though it is being sent to same fax address. I have attached a screenshot example that shows sending multiple faxes to same address and it only sends first fax and cancels the remaining.

First, you need to contact Customer Care and have your Profile set to allow Duplicates. Second, by sending these all at the same time you may run into issues with getting a Busy as the calls may be made at the same time. That will also trickle down to the retries getting Busy and once you complete the retries they may not have been delivered.

Not really an API issue.
