To and Comments Fields not mapped on Cover Sheet

Hello All,

I am facing one issue related to Fax Cover sheet. My To field is not mapped on coversheet. Also i am not able to mapp comments on cover sheet.

Can anyone tell me how i can mapp comments and To field on cover sheet.

Any code sample or object\property name will be very help full.

First, you have to make sure the coversheet you are calling supports the To field and Body. You should talk to your Sales Person or PreSales Engineer about this.

How are you passing the To field. You should be using CoversheetTo or a CSV file. The comments have to be passed in as a document and needs to be set as the Body.

What are you coding in?

I am setting To field like below:

_coverSheet.CoversheetTo = new EncodableStringType();

_coverSheet.CoversheetTo.Value = "xxxxxxxxxx";

However, i am able to get Comments on my cover sheet by adding the comments as a document and set it treatment type as Body. Thanks, for the valueable suggestion.

Attached is my cover sheet. Can you check and let me know how i can mapp 'To' field.

Your covershet is set to use ins1 as the To field. You will have to pass the To as Insert1.

_insertList[0].Value = "Test";
