How do I specify coverpage and fax number in SubmitToParser request?

I need to submit a text fax content with the cover page and include page breaked in the text. In JobSubmit I can specify coverpage and a fax number, but can't include page breake in the text fax content.

In SubmitToParser request I can specify page break (".PG"), but I don't see how I can include a cover page (and provide parameters for it) and a fax number.

Please advise.

I solved this issue by using "page break" character in the text (hex0C)
