Could not complete JOB Resubmit - HDR is locked

Hi all,

We are currently using the API for resubmitting jobs in the EasyLink portal. In some of the cases we receive the following error:

Could not complete JOB Resubmit ID
74079007 for EasyLink job 97585266:
Reason:
ErrCode: System Error ErrDescription: Could not get hdr 33929307 for job
97585266 (hdr is locked (1488529373)))

It is not clear to us what this error means and what is causing this error. Can anyone help us is with this?

Please provide some more info. Type of job. XDN if you have it from the JobSubmit. This may just be a timing issue and some other process has thee job locked. Did you retry?

There were two simultaneous (down to the millisecond) JobResubmit requests for that job

0A6C0249-1116-170303082253616, which resent the job as usme/97583556

0A6C0248-1789-170303082253616, which encountered the error

So the second request couldn’t get the job header because the first request had it locked. You should check your application.
