As part of initial discussion with open text regarding
number of retries on failure of fax, Open Text has default of 5 attempts
over 40 mins.
What
is the time interval for each retry of fax by OpenText?
Whether
it’s possible to change the time frame of retry i.e. 5 attempts 40 mins time
can be changed ?
If
we try to call the JobDeliveryStatus service to get the fax status while
opentext trying to resend the fax, whether we will get the gamma code/fax
delivery status in middle of those attempts.
