Opentext fax server connectivity information

HI ,

I am able to submit the request and got proper response from SOAP UI using Endpoint URL (https://test2messaging.easylink.com/soap/sync).

when i tried to verify the connectivity of opentext server from our application server(JBOSS application server ) the ping got failed. That is i tried to ping the server test2messaging.easylink.com from JBoss Application server.

Can you please let us know whats the problem with this connectivity ?

On the server open IE and put in the URL, if you see thee API page you are good to go. Ping will not work.
