I know a brief definition of the FaxInFaxID from API manual. 

But I need to understand the exactry definition and the format of FaxInFaxID.

Please let me know about FaxInFaxID.

Or, Can I get the definition and/or data-format of an Instracutin Sheet?

Not sure wht you are looking at this.Iinstruction sheets are obsolete and there are no supported formats for it, and you should generally not expect to ever get a FaxInFaxID value returned.
