Multiple ( two ) faxes are sending for one fax jobsubmit request

Hi - I am sending fax jobsubmit request with coversheet information. But i am receiving two fax documents one with coversheet ( coversheet data populated as expected) and other with coversheet (no coversheet data ,empty coversheet) which is not expected at all.

I have attached jobdeliverystatus respone also, its having two DeliveryDetail one is Faxout and other is test. Please advice why its sending two faxes and suggest us how to avoid this.

Your Submit contains two recipients, one in Phone, the other in the csv file with the coversheet fields. The Phone has no coversheet fields for it. The CSV only applies to the fax number in it.

Inorder to fix this can i skip to setup Phone in my request, can i use only coversheet information which will trigger fax??

Yes, if you use the CSV file you do not need to put the same number in Phone. You can also put multiple recipients in the CSV file, which will personlize all deliveries, if you are sending all the same document.
