The portal user manual indicates the following coversheet sections: company, subject, notes. However, I am not able to set these via API. The only values I can set are From, To, Attn.
This depends on the CoverSheet used. Subject can be set. The other three are defined in the CoverSheet fields.
You should discuss CoverSheets with your Sales Person or PreSales Engineer for more information.
