Fax Generated Document (electronic) coming in reverse

we are able to generate the fax document , when we check the document electronically ( getting email after successful submission ), the document is getting in reverse order. PFA doc and help us whats the issue with this.

This is not an API issue. There is a ticket open for the problem, which is the best way to proceed with this.
