Internal Error when creating User accounts

Hi,

I get an error 'MessageField = "XOA-2000 [system error] : User create internal error -- description ---VALIDATE DB_ERROR:; ' for few users to create Fax2Mail accounts. Please advise what this means.

Are you receiving this error from the Portal, or from within your own application? Please provide a recent job number in response to this post so we may look at your account.
